How To: Make Chocolate Cordial Cups

1.  Melt candy melts in double boiler on stovetop over low heat, stir until chocolate is smooth.  Or place candy in a microwave safe bowl,and heat for 30 seconds; stir.  Heat another 30 seconds; stir until smooth.  Do not overheat.

2. Spoon chocolate into cups of cordial candy mold and fill about 1/3 full.

3. Using a clean paintbrush (one dedicated only to candy making), paint the chocolate up the sides of the mold, thoroughly covering.

4. Place mold in refrigerator for a few minutes until chocolate has hardened.  Pop cordial cups out of molds.  Fill with your choice of filling- I filled mine with Peanut Butter Mousse.
